• Ensure your wallet has sufficient SOL for transaction fees

3.2 Token Creation Compliance

• You warrant that your token project complies with applicable laws
• You will not create tokens for illegal activities or scams
• You are responsible for any securities law compliance for your tokens
• You will not impersonate existing projects or trademarks

3.3 Platform Usage

• Use the platform only for legitimate Solana token creation
• Do not attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt our services
• Provide accurate information when creating tokens
• Respect intellectual property rights in token names and images

4. Fees and Payments

• Basic Token Creation: 0.10 SOL
• Burn Authority Option: Additional 0.10 SOL
• Solana Network Fees: Additional blockchain transaction costs

4.2 Payment Terms

• All fees are paid directly through your connected Solana wallet
• Fees are non-refundable once token creation is completed successfully
• Failed transactions may result in partial refunds at our discretion
• Fee amounts may change with 30 days notice on our website

• Your access to platform features will cease
• Tokens already created remain on Solana blockchain permanently
• Outstanding fees remain payable
• Survival clauses continue to apply

• Disputes will be resolved in Delaware state or federal courts
